URBN PD Assistant Coordinator Temporary Employee - URBN

URBN is looking for an Assistant PD and Production Coordinator who will be responsible for Sample tracking, Packages, Sweater Submits, and Raw Material Maintenance. 

Sample Tracking & Packages

• Communicate daily with global vendors on sample due dates
• Track packages to ensure they are arriving on time
• Manage tracking samples for Sweater department inclusive of salesman, photoshoot, catalog, and proto samples
• Open and distribute mail daily
• Check in Proto samples in Tradestone
• Communicate with appropriate design or buying counterpart when mail is received
• Review packing lists and communicate Late Add Proto Sending Dates and Fit Sample dates to Coordinator to update Allocation chart

Manage Sweater Submits

• Responsible to track wash, trim, fit, and color submits
• Meet design team member to review trims for approval
• Review wash and color submits with PD/Production Coordinator for Swits for approval
• Communicate all approvals to overseas factories
• Maintain an organized library for wash, color, and trims
• Update POHO and Buy Roll Documents with approval dates

Raw Material Maintenance

• Create and manage Y codes in Tradestone
• Request yarn headers or color cards from yarn mills
• Keep an organized library of yarn qualities throughout the seasons
• Weekly invoice management
