About The Position
Join an outstanding practice located less than an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod. We are an award-winning private non-profit organization recognized for our quality and safety. Our group employs over 150 physicians across 18 offices.
We are looking for Urgent Care Physician Assistants to join our team on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem basis. Candidates must have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. In this role, you’ll work a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts, managing a patient load of 25 to 30 per day. You will be supported by a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Medical Receptionists. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care in an urgent care environment, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, using the Meditech EMR system, and collaborating effectively with the support staff.

Compensation:
- Full & Part time: $80.00 per hour (Benefit eligible above 32 hours)
- Per Diem minimum of 4 shifts a month: $90.00 per hour
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus for full time, pro-rated for part time
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program
- Bachelor’ Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Must have current valid Massachusetts licensure, Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA
- Experience preferred
