• Physicians work (3) 12-hour shifts per week and rotate 2 weekend shifts per month
• Treat all ages
• Experienced with procedures
• MA and rad tech at the office
• See 36 - 40 patients per day
• Physician will need to have (or get) Oregon and Washington licenses
