Urgent Caregiver Needed: Vital Support for a Senior Client - 1 + 1 Cares

One of our clients needs compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide essential support as they navigate heart failure and manage low blood pressure. As a non-clinical caregiver, your role will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and safety of our client.

Client's Condition: Heart failure, Low blood pressure

Family Expectations:

• • Caregivers are non-clinical but need to monitor the client's blood pressure
• • Possibility of future caregiver assistance in transportation to dialysis (ride currently provided by family)

Client's Needs:

• • Needs assistance with cutting food into small, manageable bites
• • Challenges with vision, speech, and mobility (fall risk)
• • Relies on cane/walker for mobility
• • Non-smoking household with no additional conditions or pets

Caregiver Main Responsibilities:

• • Provide medium assistance with transferring (50/50 caregiver assist/client capable)
• • Assist with bathing (shower/bath, sponge bath) using shower stool if necessary
• • Change briefs and assist with dressing
• • Feed and cook for the client
• • Transportation assistance may be required (reimbursement available)
• • Be a companion and ensure client safety
• • Perform light housekeeping duties

Requirements:

1. 2 years of caregiving experience
2. Valid Proof of Identification
3. Proof of US Work Authorization
4. Verifiable Work Reference
