Job Description

Right at Home is hiring compassionate part-time and full-time caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities from San Tan Valley to Apache Junction. As a respected international home care company with 25+ years of experience, Right at Home is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients through skilled, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Mobility Assistance: Safely help clients move within their homes.
• Household Support: Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure timely medication intake.
• Engagement: Provide companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.
• Transportation: Drive clients to appointments and run errands as needed (with mileage reimbursement).

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding)
• Driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred but not required to apply
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required
• Must pass a background check
