Hiring for a Medical Assistant!
Open to entry level candidates
Job Description
+ Greet and room patients
+ Take patient vital signs
+ Make sure rooms are stocked at all times
+ Esnure instruments are sanitized at all times
+ Utalize the EMR system
+ Set up rooms for procedures
+ Patient intake includes collecting medical history and recording symptoms
+ Work alongside the providers and other medical assistants
Must haves
+ Completed MA program
+ Minimum 6 months of experience
+ Knowledge of medical terminology
+ Proficient typing skills
+ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position.
Locations available are Amityville, Huntington, Patchogue, Riverhead and Southampton.
Work Environment
High-volume patient, fast-paced environment in a community health center.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm.
Pay:
$19 to $20 dollars an hour.
