Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:
- Schedule: Fully in Office- Monday- Friday. 8:00 am- 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
- Weekly Pay via direct deposit!

- Temp for minimum 6 months then possibility for permanent employment + raises!
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing
- Assist customers with resolving issues in a timely manner
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Document customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding requests
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and productivity
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with using Email, Google Documents, Excel, Medical experience, retail or call centers!
