As a Sales Director Food Packaging you're responsible for the development of new markets and acquisition of new customers. Furthermore the development of solution concepts and responsible fpr winning the resulting offers

Your role
- Lead US market of the ROTZINGER Group food and packaging division
- Participation in relevant fairs and events
- Grow US customer base and strengthen relationship with key accounts
- Contact person for agents in the assigned sales area
- Ensure close contact and transparent communication with all customers
- Calculation of offers and their preparation in close cooperation with Engineering and Sales Support and team
- Responsibility for time, cost and quality during the acquisition phase
- Lead negotiations up to the closing
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring
- Development of sales strategies
- Development and execution of suitable measures to implement sales strategy
- Responsibility of tracking and controlling current sales projects
- Will to travel within US on a regular basis and to switzerland
- Drive business development activities in sales region according to customer needs and market potential
Job requirements
- Robust technical education and ideally further training in mechanical engineering or technical business management
- Additional training in sales and marketing to sharpen your skills
- Several years of professional experience in international sales of complete machinery lines (preferably in food or packaging industry)
- Professional experience in the use of MS-Office programs
- Resilient personality that tackles challenges like a real hunter
- Independent and proactive work style that delivers results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to inspire customer
