Our client, Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a Sr Dev Program Specialist to join their team. As a Sr Dev Program Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacture Department supporting . The ideal candidate will have Avionics Support, Flight management system and Electronic/avionic which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Dev Program Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $47 - $50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and implement program plans and employ program management tools and development processes to execute programs within scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality objectives.
• Partner with product line and engineering to align product and technical roadmaps with Airbus development objectives to enable continued product growth.
• Establish and maintain the channels of communication necessary to assure timely management awareness of program progress and issues.
• Consistently present details, program updates, requirements, actions, and status to (senior) leadership, technical, and functional audiences.
• Manage Financials: Revenue, Claims, and Airbus Certification Costs. This includes a regular cadence of reviews.
• Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships with Airbus and program partners and act as focal point (i.e., “face to the customer”) for multiple Product Lines.
YOU MUST HAVE:
• Minimum 5 years of experience and expertise within technical or business field.
• Electronic/Avionic Experience (Flight Management/Transponders/Electronics in cockpit) • Ability to drive diverse, international teams to meet commitments • Lead meetings with international teams, including customers and suppliers.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Speak and/or understand French.

• Demonstrated experience and success in a matrix environment.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and executive presentation skills.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, communicate & influence.
