Job Location: Portsmouth NH or Boston MA highly preferred (likely work 2X a week onsite). Also open to Remote working EST hours.
Duration: 12 month with possible extension
Required: Already have an Architect to design solutions, looking for Config Engineer to jump right in with little to no training.
Job Summary:
You will play a key role in configuring and implementing ***'s enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool. This will include new capabilities and global consolidation of targeted risk processes on IBM Open Pages. You will collaborate with a scrum team of engineers, a scrum master, and a product owner, while also interfacing with compliance analyst, business partners, and project leadership to execute on the construction of the go forward eGRC platform, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of our clients processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the necessary parties to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for eGRC tool configuration.
2. Configure and implement IBM Open Pages GRC platform to address governance, risk, and compliance needs.
3. Develop workflows, risk and control frameworks, data structures, and reports within IBM Open Pages.
4. Conduct system testing to validate the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of eGRC platform configurations.
5. Provide technical support during user acceptance testing and assist end-users in leveraging the eGRC tools effectively.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of eGRC platforms.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, legal, and audit, to align eGRC platforms with organizational requirements.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in eGRC configuration and customization, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and practices.
3. Experience in configuring and implementing IBM Open Pages GRC platform.
4. Familiarity with other eGRC platforms, such as RSA Archer, SAP GRC, or similar tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
8. Proven ability to learn new eGRC platforms quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
