Job Title: Membership Services Representative

Position Summary: The Membership Services Representative will communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members, assisting with account decisions and building Membership levels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Members with inquiries regarding Membership types and benefits.
• Encourage Membership renewals and upgrades.
• Communicate credit card program types and application processes.
• Maintain accurate records of Member interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance Member satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
