We are looking to bring in a TPM that can help us further accelerate how compliant our internal tools are for each and every one of our associates worldwide. About Team: The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise

What you'll do:Develop technical requirements based on the needs of business stakeholder to help prioritize work for engineering and design. Partner closely with engineering and system design teams to ensure technical solutions best meet business requirements. Cross-functionally manage projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What you'll bring:At least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally within a big organization. Strong communication skills
Must be comfortable with both verbal and written communication to various technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Walmart leadership. Prior experience with Agile software development methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).Experience as a TPM, Software Developer, or other technical role.
