Must Have
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a number of interlocking programs across Dell IT
• Summarize and report status for each
• Move programs through program management gates through delivery
• Provide metrics and insight into the health of the overall portfolio
• Act as POC on a variety of programs and initiatives
• Maintain regular dashboards and provide regular updates to management and executives
• Maintains pipeline of requests, demand and initiatives
• Enable PMO type functionality across the portfolio
• Analyzes and tracks project milestones and scope needs
• Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures
• Provides knowledge transfer throughout and at the completion of assigned projects
Essential Requirements:
• Provide project management leadership across a diverse portfolio of interlock projects.
• Focus on Data Driven project management and provide insight to the health of projects within portfolio.
• Help with prioritization of work and timelines as connected to larger interlocks.
• Proven ability & expertise in Test strategy and test plan preparation per project requirements
• Good knowledge of the concepts of the Software Lifecycle Development cycle and Application software testing;
• Test management tools like QC / TFS
• Advanced level (SME) working knowledge on Oracle Applications - Financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) and SCM Modules (Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Revenue Management, etc.)
• Experience with fulfillment, logistics, & Demand planning.
• Should be aware of the different types of testing processes and defect management process/tools.

• Strong project management skills, especially across large multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong technical aptitude
• Organizational agility
• Strong Excel or other data analysis tool skills a plus
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills
• Understands products and their value added to the customer
• Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
• Testing automation Tools like QTP / Selenium / QA Run
• Project Management experience for coordinating the Testing activities
