User Experience Designer

Our Technology Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit according to the specifications below:

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to execute product goals while considering performance, security, and accessibility 

• Draft conceptual wireframes, sketches, diagrams, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes 

• Conduct user research to test potential solutions for upcoming features 

• Apply high-level specifications and customer feedback in design process to optimize product outcomes 

• Deliver the right level of detail to collaborating teams to support implementation 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience as a UX practitioner will be considered) 

• 3-5 years of Product Design experience working on consumer solutions 

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, WCAG 2.1 AA standards, usability best practices, interface interaction patterns, and information architecture required 

• Proficiency with product design tools required (Figma preferred) 

• Familiarity with user research platforms and interactive whiteboard tools a plus 

• Strong initiative and proactive approach to getting up to speed with existing systems 

• Must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of shipped products and articulate process
