Requirements: Quality Engineer
- US Person
- 4 years Bachelors in a technical concentration or equivalent in work experience. Work Experience is allowed in lieu of a degree.
- Provide technical guidance to support and maintain a strong working relationship with the operations team, vendors and Collins Entity sites.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to manage deviations, ensure effectiveness of root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA), and drive timely resolution and closure of issues.
- Compliance management with a background and familiarity with review and interpreting of procedures and policies.
- Collaborate on investigations and analyze hardware/assembly concerns causing quality and delivery issues.
- Determine the proper disposition of nonconforming material when participating in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
