Utilities Coordinator
M-F 8am-5pm
- Responsible for setting up services at vacant homes via phone calls, emails, faxes and other required software.
- Reviewing photos and gaining client feedback pertaining to conditions.
- Must be able to multi-task using different sources.
- Responsible for documenting accurate information via notes/required documents to complete services.
- Responsible for allocating monies.
- Must be able to maintain company knowledge.
- Must have experience with Microsoft office and other related services.
- Must have communication and organization skills.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Negotiating skills are preferred.
- Experience with Word, Excel and other related software.
