POSITION SUMMARY:
The Utility Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and completing various tasks across the business units of MSM, 3PL and KRx and to pick and pack orders to support Operational areas. The Utility Lead will work closely with supervisors and team members to uphold all safety standards and enhance productivity.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training: High School Education.
State specific Pharmacy Technician License, or commitment to complete the ‘technician in training’ requirements approved by the state specific Board of Pharmacy, within 6 months of hire date.
Applicant will participate in Tech in Training Program to be certified as a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
Business Experience: One-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
General knowledge of RF equipment
General warehouse or distribution skills
Basic mathematical skills (counting, adding, multiplying)
Basic computer skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and Pack orders on the Cold Chain Lines, may require closing out orders, or stacking coolers at end of line.
- Pick and Pack orders using a handheld RF gun in 3PL. Other 3PL activities as needed.
- Pre-packaging of pill sachets in the Pharmacy. Working on shipping stations within the pharmacy.
- Produce sachets using Pill machines in the Pharmacy.
- Learn how to operate the automated pack-out line in the Pharmacy.
- Processing Returns in any of the business units.
- Always maintain a safe work environment. Report any unsafe issues to Supervisor immediately.
- Focus on quality and accuracy as part of the company wide goal: Quality First
- Display: Caring, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Trust (CHART).
- Always maintain a clean work environment in accordance with housekeeping SOPs. Report any housekeeping issues to Supervisor immediately.
- Participate in training that will include but is not limited to: on the job training, WMS navigation, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training. Trainings are documented accordingly.
- Able to work in various temperature ranges such as freezer and refrigerator for required intervals which will not exceed two hours per day. All other work will be completed in a controlled room temperature environment.
- Initiate picks by way of RF scanning, pick to light technologies, paper picks, or as noted in work instructions. Visual verifications of item numbers, lot numbers, pick locations, and quantities are expected by the associates as part of daily processes.
- Pick and Pack into cartons to prepare them for shipping.
- Add packing materials to prepare container/s for final shipping process.
- Ship packages using various steps within the designated system.
- Operate equipment including, but not limited to; RF scanners, pick to light technologies, carton sealers, scales, postage machines, and computer stations.
- Can be expected to work within various areas of Operations and Distributions such as: Receiving, assorted pick modules, Kitting, Shipping, Returns, refrigerated space, DEA, and Kitting, across all 3 business units.
- Perform other assigned tasks as directed by management.
