Job Title: Utility Steward

As a Utility Steward at Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher for chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Scrub pots and pans to ensure cleanliness.
• Burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silverware.
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team player with good communication skills.
