Overview:This position is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen locations and equipment. Ensure the proper handling and storage of all equipment in designated areas.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $23.47-$25.47.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.
Responsibilities:- Assist Culinary with plating food for individual plated functions as needed.
- Assist Culinary staff with any immediate needs within the kitchens.
- Breakdown all food items from banquet functions and prepare soiled equipment to be washed.
- Discard food debris in proper composting bins and discard recyclable materials in proper recycling bins.
- Gather and use proper sanitizing solutions generated by the ELT machine.
- Clean and sanitize entire kitchen areas including storage areas, hallways and elevators.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen coolers and discard outdated items.
- Clean and sanitize all small wares after banquet functions.
- Fill out dish machine logs.
- Properly dispense, store and use chemicals.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen restrooms and locker rooms as needed.
- Maintain garbage and empty as needed.
- Keep kitchens organized and put clean equipment away.
- Clean Food and Beverage back of house areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that are issued.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Requirement
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply and perform other basic business math calculations and pass basic math skills test.
- Must speak, be able to read and understand English well enough to converse with customers,
- supervisor’s and employees.
- Understand written and oral direction and communicate effectively with others
Skills and Abilities
- Must Possess good organizational skills
- Must have ability to follwo directions and effectively perform the work
- Ability to work closely with others
- Must be able to work in a fast past environment; sense of urgency
- Must have a pleasant personality and adhere to Uniform Standards policy
- Must be able to work in various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends
- Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose and implement solutions.
