UX Designer - American Technology Consulting

This position is to design user interfaces and screens for a large finance webapplication and mobile app that is customer-facing. This would include creatingmockups and prototypes as well and reviewing customer analytics and feedbacksurvey results to improve the user experience.Requirements:• 3+ years demonstrated UX design experience required• Experience designing user interfaces for the web and mobile apps.• Experience reviewing customer analytics and feedback and applying thoseinsights to designs• Experience working with an agile software development team• 3-5 years’ with Figma or other equivalent design and rapid-prototyping tools(a quick skills check will take place to confirm expertise with this software)• Demonstrated experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactiveprototypes• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to leaddesign discussions• A portfolio highlighting your design process and experience• Experience incorporating branding and common design system components andguidelines into product experiences• Experience designing customer-facing service application experiences• This role with interact with Customers/Stakeholder/Leadership- The candidatemust have good written and verbal communication skillsThis candidate must be a design thinker, not an order taker. Someone who canunderstand the ‘why’ behind the business’s design request. This candidate canthen work with research, the business, and engineering to advocate and craft thebest possible User Experience which follow the latest UX design standards andprotocols.
