UX Designer Role:
•Experienced designers at U.S. Bank are customer-obsessed in developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital plus human solutions for our customers.
•Experienced designers consider the why, what, and how of product use to help identify where user needs intersect with business goals across the entire user journey.
•Leverages human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.) to plan, create, and present persuasive, engaging, and strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps and demonstrate a solution's potential for success.
•Performs competitive analysis of direct/indirect competitors and monitors the marketplace for new trends to inform the research and design process.
•As an experienced designer, you will be looked at as the subject matter for our alliance needs.
•You’ll be expected to be not just comfortable with visual design but have the ability to think strategically about content.
•You’ll be asked to handle content updates as well XA and visual work.
•You’ll represent alliances within the larger creative organization and as such are expected to be our voice on our needs and priorities.
•Lastly, you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively within a large organization to make sure the support from various stakeholders exists and their needs are addressed.
