What You'll Be Doing:

• Craft & Create: Design captivating experiences for Crus digital properties using cutting-edge tools and technologies. From wireframes to polished mockups, your creativity will shape how our users interact with our brand.
• Prototype & Iterate: Use various methodsbe it paper prototypes or interactive mockupsto bring new features to life. Your rapid prototyping will help us test and refine designs swiftly.
• Document & Define: Develop detailed design and technical specifications, creating sketches, layouts, and design documentation to guide our development process.
• Research & Refine: Conduct user research and UX testing to ensure our designs are not just beautiful but also effective and data-driven.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside content strategists, product owners, and developers to align design with Crus mission and goals. Your collaborative spirit will drive our projects forward.
• Code & Create: Support our front-end developers with responsive HTML/CSS code, bridging design and development to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Advocate Best Practices: Champion usability and accessibility, ensuring that our applications are inclusive and user-friendly.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelors degree in HCI, graphic/visual design, or a related field (equivalent work experience is also valued).
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of modern web concepts, including user interfaces, image optimization, client-side scripting, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with development environments such as GitHub and SASS is a plus.
• Recognition or awards in the field are highly regarded.

Bachelors Degree in HCI (Human Computer-Interaction), graphic/visual design, or related field equivalent work

5 years Advanced experience in:

• Figma, Sketch, or professional equivalent.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks or professional equivalent.
• Modern web application concepts and methods including (yet not limited to) user interfaces, image optimization, client side scripting, web accessibility standards, design and development standards, and cross-platform issues
