JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Quantitative User Research Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide crucial insights across various projects. The candidate will play a key role in conducting exploratory surveys to grasp market opportunities, prioritize product features, and identify key demographics. Your contribution will be pivotal in early prototype testing through surveys and our DICE experimentation platform to nurture innovative product ideas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute exploratory surveys to gauge market size and prioritize product features.
- Utilize prototype mocks (flat or interactive) to gather user reactions through survey platforms or DICE experimentation.
- Analyze survey data and extract meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop comprehensive report documents, presentations, and dashboards to present findings.
- Craft research questions and hypotheses from minimal guidance to guide strategic direction.
- Advanced proficiency in coding (R/Python).
- Experienced in using survey tools like Qualtrics.
- Strong background in statistical analysis.
- Preference for candidates with experience in user research, particularly in a tech or product development context.
