Salary Range: $100K-$130K/Annum

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic UX Leadership:

• Proven track record in providing strategic leadership in UX design, aligning design initiatives with overarching business goals and long-term vision.

• A commitment to excellence in user-centric design principles, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is crafted with the user's needs and preferences in mind.

• Mastery in employing holistic design thinking, integrating user experience considerations seamlessly into the entire product development lifecycle.

• Adept at leading the development and evolution of design systems, fostering consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all design projects.

• Expertise in fostering agile collaboration within cross-functional teams, ensuring dynamic and efficient communication channels for seamless project execution.

• Extensive experience in leading and mentoring design teams, fostering a collaborative environment and elevating the skills and capabilities of team members.

• Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into user-centric design strategies, and ensuring alignment between UX initiatives and company objectives..
