About the Job
- UX/UI Developer will develop user-facing features using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (including jQuery)
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- As a UX/UI Developer, you will lead the design and development of user interfaces for web applications
- Work closely with business stakeholders and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to continuously improve the user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Experience with Bootstrap framework for building responsive and mobile-first websites
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in web markup, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Self-motivated with a drive to explore new ideas and concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio of previous UI/UX design projects demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
- Candidate must be local to South Florida, this is an onsite role Monday-Friday
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
