About the Job
The VA Fleet Specialist will build and/or source BMW and MINI vehicles for BMW Group employees and retirees in assigned region. You will coordinate with dealership staff on ensuring vehicle arrival, employee or retiree exchange, returned vehicle location and condition, pricing and sale of returned vehicle. The incumbent will also act as the liaison between the employee and Marsh Insurance on all company car vehicle incident/damage claims.
The VA Fleet Specialist manages and coordinates repairs of all company vehicles with the local BMW/MINI dealership, BMW/MINI Certified Collision Repair Center from pick-up through the timely completion of the repair to ensure the shortest downtime for the customer in their vehicle. You will optimize and balance company car inventory while helping the business deliver on key metrics and providing a quality company car program to employees/retirees. The VA Specialist will ensure full compliance of federal and state legal requirements for damage disclosures for new vehicles as well as used vehicles.

The pay range for this role is: $59,077.00 - $70,048.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or certification.
- 2 to 4 years of prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional experience.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a retail, operations or transportation environment is required.
- Driver's license in good standing is a must.
Preferences:
- Automotive retail experience is preferred in either sales or non-technical service departments.
