Overview:
Parks and retrieves guests’ passenger vehicles and issues valet tickets to guests. Operates all makes and models of vehicles safely.
Responsibilities:- Greets guests with a sincere and gracious welcome.
- Provides for all their needs upon arrival and departure.
- Drives guest vehicles from the valet area to the parking area.
- Secures guest vehicles per departmental policy.
- Accurately fills out appropriate valet ticket information (i.e., space #, make, model, license plate number, damage survey).
- Secures vehicle keys per departmental policy.
- Retrieves vehicles when requested.
- Provides a fond farewell to all guests.
- Operates all makes and models of vehicles safely.
- Identifies potential vehicles that have malfunctions and/or vehicles that cannot be secured.
- Cleans casino vehicles.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Must be able to operate larger vehicles such as extra wide and tall trucks.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
