Job title: CQV / Validation Project Engineer
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Duration: 6 months

Job responsibilities include:
- Support equipment delivery.
- Support equipment installation and debug activity.
- Ensure equipment complies with client HSE policiesCreating, managing, and maintaining standard project deliverables also including support for creation and management of project specific deliverables such as the HSE plan, the project RACI, and risk analysis.
- Schedule Management, including schedule development and progress tracking.
- Project Communications, including meeting facilitation, action items, reports, metrics, and communications.
- Project Risk Management, including task prioritization, identification and assessment of risks, escalation, and decision-making processes for proposed solutions.
- Resource Management, including resource scheduling and loading evaluations.
- Assist with developing and reviewing CQV deliverables (Requirements, Design, Protocols, Summary Reports).
- Support execution and documentation of Pre-SAT, SAT, PQ, and other internal client documentation.
- Support preparation and delivery of training for teams.
- 5+ Years previous experience in hands-on equipment installation and commissioning/qualification.
- Experience in many of the following areas: Automation, the engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling.
- The capacity to achieve results through people is critical.
- Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed and value.
- Must exhibit a good sense of judgment in decision making, without the need for management approval while at the same time keeping management informed and engaged on critical issues
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Automation experience is a strong plus.
