Forensic & Valuation Services Director - Providence RI - CPA Firm

Our team is working with a leading CPA firm in the Providence area looking to hire a Forensic and Valuation Services Director to their team. The individual that is currently in the seat is looking to take a step back. The candidate coming in will take over a lot of the existing clients. Bring an existing book is not a requirement, but is a plus This is a Partner Track Role!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the forensic and valuation services team, including training and performance management.
• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and review valuation and litigation reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance.
• CPA, CFA, CVA or other relevant certifications.
• 15+ years of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
