+ Must be able to build and maintain effectiverelationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, employees, and brief leaders/customers.
+ Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Goal-oriented, data driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
What you need to be successful
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in aerospace and/or commercial aircraft.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Airframe or A&P certificate preferred.
+ Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
