SUMMARY:

The Vault Cashier maintains high quality monetary reconciliation in a high-volume area while interacting appropriately with vault guests and other employees

Safe and accurate maintenance of company funds

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

- Ten-key by touch

- Previous money-handling experience with demonstrated ability to balance a bankroll

- Ability to interact well with customers and employees

- Ability to handle complex transactions and must be able to multitask

- Able to perform simple functions required to correct various problems to keep machinery running

- Ability to self-audit and locate monetary variances

- Able to work with minimal supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board

- Quick and accurate receipt and disbursement of internal banks

- Accurate receipt and disbursement of Pit and Slot areas fills and credits

- Accurate and complete paperwork reconciliation for accounting

- Accurate data entry in Micros accounting system with ability to perform paper back-up

- Receive and verify gaming revenues

Prepare bank deposits

Safeguard and maintain bankrolls

- Other departmental duties as assigned.
