About the Job
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models, AR/VR models, and point cloud data management systems to support project workflows
- Coordinate and execute Reality Capture scanning services, including laser scanning and photogrammetry, and process and register scan data
- Create immersive experiences and interactive walk-throughs for stakeholders using BIM data and AR/VR/XR models
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements and provide training on accessing and managing scan datasets and 3D Models
- Collaborate with outsource vendors to ensure seamless delivery of Scan to BIM. BIM Modeling and Drafting services
- Coordinate and execute Mobile scanning services, including data capture and processing, and develop scanning protocols
- Lead site surveys to geolocate digital twins, ensuring accurate positioning and orientation of 3D models
- Ensure overall accuracy, completeness, and timely implementation of models, and resolve any issues according to an aggressive schedule
- Establish and enforce quality control and assurance processes to ensure that VDC models and data meet project requirements
- Introduce, support, and oversee the implementation of industry-leading BIM and VDC technology and best practices
Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
