Requirements:- 3 years minimum experience with Windows Server Management
- 3 years minimum experience with Citrix VDI Solutions, Nutanix Hardware and software solutions to include (Acropolis Hypervisor)
- Experience IAVM DoD security implementation including STIG and security tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; will consider additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of VDI build and administration experience preferably in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) environment
- 6 years of experience as a systems administrator/engineer in a medium to large Enterprise environment supporting a variety of operating systems
- Nutanix AHV, AOS, Files and Enterprise Cloud Administration
- Citrix DaaS and VDI Installation, Configuration, security hardening and administration
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, Windows 11 installation, configuration and security hardening experience
- Experience hardening Windows 11, to include replicating the Standard Host Baseline (SHB) Process
- Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policy installation, configuration and administration
- Domain Name System (DNS) and BIND installation and configuration experience including DNSSEC
- Ability to run, build and execute PowerShell scripts for diagnostics, repairs or automation
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) & Transport Layer Security (TLS) and other cipher suites and how to enforce them for workstations and servers
- Exceptional organizational, verbal and written skills
- Must have experience with implementing Cyber-Security best practices
- Experience administering and implementing VDI Architecture in conjunction with Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client (TTC)

This team is challenged daily to provide cutting edge technology solutions to our clients. SRC is searching for a Junior Level Citrix VDI Administrator to support the sustainment of United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) systems. These systems consist of an on-premises Nutanix Hyper-Converged Private Cloud utilizing Nutanix’s native HyperVisor, Acropolis. This Private Cloud hosts Citrix Desktop As A Service (DaaS) Architecture for multiple domains. Sustainment of USSPACECOM’s VDI Solution will be conducted at the government's facilities in Colorado Springs, CO. Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Operate, Manage, and Maintain On-Prem Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for the customer to include troubleshooting, break fix activities, the patching and remediation of servers, and system audit log reviews as necessary.
- Perform actions as a Windows System Administrator on Servers and Client images
- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management
- Work across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systemic problems
- Design and document installation and configuration solutions
- Creation of templates and machine images based on user requirements
- Maintenance and patching of the environment.
- Level 2/3 support for our internal staff
