Come grow with us by joining our team as a Vehicle Contract Specialist! In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will be responsible for processing the contracts for units owned by Model 1 and with a 3rd party. This includes, but is not limited to, Rental Contracts, Customer Demos, Sales Demos, and Leased units. They will also assist in moving units from inventory to fixed assets and maintaining vehicle records appropriately.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Serve as a liaison between sales staff and service, parts, DMV, account managers, accounting and delivery personnel throughout contract process
- Audit rental contracts for inconsistencies or issues
- Manage demo process
- Process purchase orders to move units from inventory to fixed assets
- Set up unit files and save all related documents in Excede
- Create and maintain SOPs for rental processes in Excede
- Review and maintain rental units in Excede
- Assist sales staff with follow up on customer orders and deliveries
- Create customer records within Excede as needed
- Create vendor records within Excede as needed
- Reviewing new SOPs
- Relationship management of sector personnel
- Escalation point for sales resources and rental group
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years clerical experience or Associates degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to train team members
- Strong relationship-building and de-escalation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year+ of vehicle knowledge or applicable related field
- Strong process and industry knowledge

Pay Range:$20 to $24
