Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry & Pet Fresh has 12 locations currently and are rapidly growing. We are hiring for an Assistant District Sales Support Associate & Vending Manager.
Job Overview:
As an Assistant Sales Support Associate for Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry, you will provide high level management assistants and support to all 12 Minnesota and Wisconsin Tumble Fresh locations & Pet Fresh locations. This position will allow direct interaction at the store level with workflow, employee schedule needs, and procedural practices. You will get to work as a team with your Sales Support Manager to better position each location with needed high level support. As an Assistant Sales Support Associate, you will be directed by the Sales Support Manger to work at different locations from one day to next according to needs.
We offer flexible, full-time or part-time, evening and weekend schedules.
JOB SUMMARY: This position will support the Tumble Fresh Division through direct interaction at the store level including helping out with customers, employee, and procedural practices. This position will work as a team with all levels of the company, personnel, vendors, maintenance and lawn/snow, and corporate executives. This individual will also be responsible for vending operations.
*Daily task included, but not limited to:
- Implementing consistent procedural practices and standards required by The LINN Companies and Corporate
- Preform procedural training effectively to help facilitate on the job training
- Follow up on all employee concerns or inquiries with the ability to handle all issues effectively, professionally, and confidentially once an issue is raised
- Participate in reviews and documenting above & below standard behavior
- Fill in during vacation or other absences sometimes with little notice
- Assist with store meetings, preparation, and execution
- Training or assistance with paperwork responsibilities and needs of the office
- Scheduling assistance on Timestar to best meet the labor budgets
- Payroll hours approval and monitors procedures to control productivity, labor hours, overtime, and expenses in each location
- Assist in new applicant needs for the stores
- Maintains proper Cash levels in Changers and machines
- Communicates effectively between all divisions and levels of our businesses so that proper documentation and accounting takes place
- Assist with machine programming
- Monitor ordering and product layout to obtain a fully stocked levels for Cleaners and Customers
- Monitor that all pricing and signage is correct and intact
- Report maintenance needs of the store immediately to obtain the highest level of operating standards.
- Implementing and monitoring employee incentive programs while establishing realistic goals and expectations for each level of staff
- Train the importance of a high level of customer service, uniform consistency, enhanced customer care, and store cleanliness.
- Answer emergency phone calls and be available for on call emergencies according to schedule
- Assist in maintenance needs within a site level ability
The successful candidate takes pride in a clean work environment, has a strong attention to detail. Ideally they will have 1-3 years of retail management experience (although, we are open to considering other backgrounds and experiences).
