Coke Florida is searching for a Vending Operations Manager to work out of our Tampa HQ area office.
As the Vending Manager for Coke Florida you will aid in establishing the desired goals and expectations of the vending and unattended retail division. Leading a team of local leaders and workforce to accomplish annual growth through new strategies and new innovation. Supporting cross functional departments as the subject matter expert for the company on vending and unattended retail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth and profitability of our vending & unattended retail program.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the program, including vendor relationships, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the vending & unattended retail programs with other business functions.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the program's effectiveness.
- Lead a team where you are providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ability to support and influence local vending supervision to accomplish established goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist with new business opportunities as the subject matter expert for vending & unattended retail
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Build & execute annual growth plans across vending and unattended retail.
- Manage the daily activities to align to a desired P&L performance across vending & unattended retail.
For this Role, You will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing retail programs, preferably in the vending or unattended retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to vending & unattended retail is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
