We are currently looking for a Vendor Management Administrator in Minneapolis, MN.
The Vendor Management Administrator is responsible for facilitating the overall entry, maintenance, reconciliation, and management of the Vendor Management program and ProcessUnity system. Will also assist with various ad-hoc tasks in the Business Consulting Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience or the combination of education and related experience.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to build lasting connections with internal and external parties.
- Ability to present in small group settings to senior leadership.
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Awareness of compliance and information risk controls a plus, but not required.
- General familiarity with coding in any language (to be applied to ProcessUnity
- Tableau experience a plus
Job Functions:
- Enters vendor data, contacts and assessments into vendor management system (ProcessUnity)
- Works closely with vendor Owners (Piper Sandler Employees) and Vendor partners to gather vendor questionnaires/assessments.
- Manages data to ensure vendor lists and data are kept current.
- Reconciles vendor lists in Microsoft SharePoint and ProcessUnity.
- Manages changes to vendor data.
- Assists with completing analysis and documentation on vendor partners.
- Provides vendor management support to internal departments.
- Organizes vendor management committee meetings and agendas.
- Provides updates to executives including the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Officer.
- Analyzes General Ledger Reports (Lawson) for new vendors and initiates the vendor management process.
- Maintain Vendor Management, Assessments, Policies, and Procedures.
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks and projects, as needed.
- Educate PSC employees on the Vendor Management Program.
- Communicate the necessity of due diligence to external parties as needed.
- Create and distribute Quarterly Vendor Owner Reports
- Improve and develop Vendor Management processes at Piper Sandler.
