ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vendor Management Director is responsible for providing oversight and strategic direction of business management functions for all outsourced vendors and contractors for Support Services. The Director is accountable for the RFP process, site selection, vendor management and accountability, cost control, contract management and compliance.
This position is located at our Weldon Springs campus in St. Louis, MO, and will require frequent travel to near and offshore partner sites. This is up to 25% domestic and international travel. ABOUT THE TEAM
Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services team are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Small Business Programs and Technical Support Helpdesks. This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all vendor account relationships to ensure contract compliance and alignment with strategic direction and business objectives
- Consult with operational department leaders on appropriate vendor selection and manage RFP process, site selection and contract negotiations
- Partner with operational leaders for each business area to develop vendor strategies
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure proper master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs) and supplier data protection agreements (SDPAs) are in place and are current for each vendor
- Oversee the development and maintenance of vendor performance metrics
- Proactively seek efficiencies and process improvements to ensure high service quality from all vendors
- Oversee and monitor invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
- Travel domestically and/or internationally to conduct annual vendor site visits and participate in vendor meetings
- Collaborate with operational leaders to work with vendors on performance issues
- Ensure vendors have an approved disaster recovery plan documented and that the plan is regularly tested by the vendor

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ten (10+) years call center or business management experience required
- Five (5+) years of experience managing relationships with outside vendors/business partners
- Five (5+) years of management experience
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%
- Must be willing and able to work in office in St. Louis, MO
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Valid Driver’s License and Passport required
