Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide operational support to an assigned group of clients in areas related to time, expense reimbursement, payroll, benefits administration, billing, retirement, taxes, and other related programs.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships through developing credibility and rapport through exceptional customer service. Become an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the business needs of your clients.
- Operate as the lead escalation point of contact for any matters specific to your client group.
- Educate your clients on complex HR, legal, financial & MBO system transactions and processes.
- Advocate for your clients to ensure all issues are managed and resolved promptly.
- Utilize our proprietary system to research and process transactions, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Audit and reconcile online reports to ensure accounts accurately reflect objectives.
