Vendor Relations Representative - South Bay Auto Auction

South Bay Remarketing Services is  looking for a Vendor relations candidate who possess strong negotiation,  communication, and analytical skills along with a strong background in relationship-building.  Candidate will also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. They should also have knowledge of project management, planning, and organizational skills with an eye for detail, quality, and compliance.

The ideal candidate would understand the importance of building partnerships with the mindset of protecting our clients, and the SBRS brand. The vendor specialist will ensure the vendors we onboard are compliant, insured, bonded, possess up to date repossession tools, software and maintain a level of professionalism while adhering to local/state laws and guidelines.

As a vendor relations specialist, you deal directly with current database of vendors to ensure each vendor has the tools needed to do business with SBRS. You will also be responsible for approaching new partnerships and staying in line with the overall business plan provided by SBRS. Also having knowledge, the auto repossession industry is a plus.

Candidate will report to Vendor Manager, Director of Recovery and Sr Management.

Position is located in Compton/Carson California.

Hours are: Mon-Fri 8-5pm.

Pay depends on experience.
