About the Job
- Responsible for addressing all incoming emails for the assigned Vendor Services Team.
- Opens Repair Orders to start repair process.
- Assigns Purchase Order numbers for high volume and low cost repairs.
- Email and Phone duties include answering vendor requests and repair follow up.
- Works with Operations to handle all repairs in a timely manner.
- Follow up on repairs in process.
- Receives invoices and PM sheets and attaches to the R.O.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Degree or GED required
- Excel, Word Knowledge
- Computer Data Entry Skills
- Limited Mechanical Aptitude
- Knowledge of VMRS is a Plus
