About the Job
Lacertus controls the operations of our client's marketing promotions by executing customer service and sales outreach campaigns for a designated territory . Our Verizon Customer Service Associate team connects directly to Verizon’s new and existing customer base and generates interest, facilitates the sales enrollment process, and increases customer retention. Lacertus helps our clients improve and endorse their businesses to new levels. We stimulate customers' interest in their promotions and products.
Every day, the Verizon Customer Service Associate builds not only our reputation for customer service but our clients as well. We work with them directly in their stores promoting products and branding their name. Lacertus also gets out into the community and markets its products with the communities in the St. Louis area. We work on community awareness programs that help foster the growth of our Client’s name and products. Our goal is to build leaders and managers to help us oversee our clients' campaigns and development.
Due to recent expansions, we are looking to train managers to help us grow and strive in more industries. Here at Lacertus, we provide full training to all candidates we feel bring what we need to the table. We are looking for candidates that can assist in the advancement and growth of our business. Our Management program will stimulate a candidate's growth within less than one year.
