As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments and commerce solutions, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced payments professional to help lead the vertical and market expansion of our Omnichannel solution. A successful candidate will have proven experience in both payments and hospitality. This person will be a strategic thinker that combines strong technical skills and creative problem solving, turning market strategy into actionable platform roadmap and delivery plans.
Job responsibilities
+ Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
+ Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
+ Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
+ Manages the forward looking verticalization strategy and success of the product outcome, including commercialization and demand management per vertical and market prioritization
+ Coordinates the multi-year product vertical prioritization, execution and product support for all aspects of the product, developing and adapting over time
+ Collaborates with Merchant Services Architecture and Product teams to build payment solutions that align to our defined target-state architecture
+ Translates ideas and/or concepts into viable business cases and scoping statements with clear and achievable objectives. Elaborate sales collaterals and any other sales materials dedicated to retail
+ Collaborates with Sales and product marketing teams: support sales on RFIs/RFPs, as well as in merchant meetings, creates customized collateral
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
+ Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
+ Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
+ Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Strong expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing or payment operations
+ Experience with retail platforms and next gen commerce
+ Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects
