Emancipet is seeking a Veterinarian to join our team in Austin, TX!
The Associate Veterinarian will render competent and compassionate care to our clients, including wellness care, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. Working under the supervision of our medical leadership, and alongside auxiliary staff like vet techs, our Veterinarians help to drive our vision of accessible and affordable care within underserved communities.
This full-time role is scheduled at 4 days/week, with flexible scheduling options.

Role Responsibilities
- Clinical care rendered to clients, including wellness care, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry
- Counseling clients in preventive care, wellness, and grooming
- Cross-collaboration with clinic leadership and auxiliary staff
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the state of Texas
- 1+ year(s) of experience practicing as a veterinarian preferred
- Small animal wellness and soft tissue surgery experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
