BluePearl in Tacoma, WA is seeking a board certified Veterinarian - Cardiologist or an individual residency-trained in cardiology. The cardiology department is supported by a dedicated staff as well as an inclusive group of specialists including: Neurology, Critical Care, Oncology, Surgery, Dentistry, Radiology and 24/7 Emergency Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Cardiologist to enter into an established service in a fast growing community. BluePearl in Tacoma, WA, is one of several BluePearl hospitals serving the area. Formerly known as Puget Sound Veterinary Referral Center, The Animal Emergency Clinic in Tacoma, the hospital has been the leading 24/7 emergency and specialty center in the South Puget Sound region since 1999. The practice joined BluePearl in 2015. Our highly qualified BluePearl Tacoma team delivers compassionate, comprehensive care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in emergency medicine, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, radiology & diagnostic imaging, and surgery. In addition, through our partners we offer access to acupuncture, dermatology and allergy treatment. The 9,000-square-foot hospital has an onsite MRI and CT scanner and was the first private practice in Washington to perform MRIs on veterinary patients. Additional equipment includes arthroscopy, ultrasound and a fully equipped intensive care unit. The Tacoma metropolitan area is a wonderful place to work and live! Tacoma is close to spectacular Mount Rainier, the Cascade Mountains, Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. **The annual salary range for this position is $192,500 to $284,490.
