About the Job
Looking to become part of a beautiful family owned and run small animal veterinary practice? This practice is looking an enthusiastic DVM that can become part of team and heart of the community.
They would enjoy nothing more then to help a fellow veterinarians grow and develop their skills to be able to provide outstanding care to the patients that frequent the practice. This practice would ideally be looking for a DVM that has some prior experience.
The clinic has been established for 7 years, over this time they have developed fantastic and loyal client base that has flourished and now needing the support of another Veterinarian. The practice does see some exotic as well small animal patients, 10/90 split. A full-time veterinarian is needed and would be working 40hr week, no weekends just Monday-Friday! The practice is fully equipped with a surgical suit, digital Xray, ultrasound, in house pharmacy and lab, designated dental area and boarding facilities. The support team consists of 4 nurses and 4 kennel staff to ensure that practitioners are well assisted and have the time they need to ensure the medicine they deliver is top class.
The team strongly encourage anyone who is joining their team to pursue their interests in veterinary medicine and would really enjoy supporting any new or current skills they want to develop. They would like to bring on a DVM that has some previous experience in the field, that has a passion for that they do and treats all patients like their own.
Practicing here is a vocation, a DVM would slot into the team and become part of the work family.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements:
- DVM Qualification and USA accreditation required
- TX State license in good standing
- Client/patient relationship building.
- Diagnose, explain and perform medical procedures whilst delivering the best quality care to the patient and client.
- Maintain client/patient confidentiality and maintain clinical records.
- Represent hospital in a professional manner
- Treat patients and clients with the upmost respect.
