About the Job
Providence South Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant to join our strong team in Waxhaw, NC. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we are looking for some who has a passion for animals. Our ideal candidate should be able to work compassionately with clients and their pets. Prior veterinary experience is required. Job duties working closely with the veterinarians to perform duties. These duties include working with clients and pets (dogs, cats, and exotics) by obtaining medical histories, safely restraining pets, venipuncture and catheter placements, client education, assisting with anesthesia monitoring, performing radiographs, answering the phone and helping with the front desk.
This is a part time position.

License/Certification:
- Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
