Our practice has been ingrained in the community for over 50 years, and we continue to grow! With a very loyal client base, and a beautiful new facility, we are looking to add to our CSR team. We are looking for team members that complement our current practice culture, and are looking for a career in Veterinary Medicine.
Position Overview - As a CSR, your high-level responsibilities would include but not be limited to: answering phones/emails and faxes, providing exceptional customer service when communicating with our clients, checking clients in and out including processing payments, pulling and preparing medical records, handling new requests and refills with medications, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements– The following values will be sought in the ideal candidate: Compassion, positive attitude, honesty, respect, and teamwork. In addition, candidates will need to have the ability to meet the job description requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: ability to communicate effectively, ability to lift up to 50lbs, handle multiple phone lines and work in a team environment.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics - High School Diploma or Equivalent is a must. We prefer candidates that have at least one year experience in a Receptionist or Front Desk type role but not required.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including generous benefits for full-time employees. While this could be an entry-level position, we will be looking for long-term, dedicated team members.
