About This Role: | The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking Veterinary Nurses to join our dedicated Triage Call Center to help facilitate exemplary patient care and quality customer service. This position is primarily responsible for triaging phone calls that come into the VHC for patient appointments and consultations. With a substantial knowledge of nursing care, this position actively supports the hospital by serving as an initial point of contact and facilitating communications to help meet patient needs. Working hours for Veterinary Nurses in this position will include daytime hours Monday-Friday. Excellent communication and leadership skills are utilized daily in this position. |
