Duties - Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures - Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients - Process payments - Maintain accurate records of patient information in the database - Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the veterinary team

Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal oversight.

We are looking for someone eager to take Client Service to the next level. Training to help you grow in this role or future roles will be available.
